Anchalika Jana Seva Anusthan (AJSA) is a community Based Organisation (CBO) Based in Bolangir district of odisha in India.It was founded in the year 1989 ,by the local poor people of bongomnuda block in bolangir district,to work for the socio-economic development of small and marginal farmers, landless labour,agricultural labour,bonded labour as well as women,children and other weaker deprived sections of the society. The vision of the organization is to draw upon grass root level workers, volunteers, and suppressed people of the society and work with them to create awareness for sustainable development through constructive work and struggles as well as for the consciousness ,empowerment and overall development of the disadvantaged section of the society on the values of peace, justice and equity. AJSA is founded on the basis of Gandhian ideology as it pertains to the alleviation of human suffering and injustice and the development of vulnerable sections of the society. The concept of Gram Swaraj is the leading value for the organizational strategic plan. AJSA has been engaged in people-centered, and ecologically balanced sustainable development of deprived communities in Orissa for, over last 23 Glorious years.
